Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management hospitality management or related field highly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment
  • Multi-unit experience preferred
  • At least two years of previous experience managing service personnel required
  • Experience in effectively leading a team is required
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Alcohol certifications
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants and premium areas ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality food beverage service safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead and develop team members through training mentoring performance evaluations and accountability practices to foster growth and operational excellence
  • Manage inventory ordering and cost control efforts for food and beverage including menu planning and design in collaboration with chefs managers and clients
  • Maintain strong client and guest relations by responding to requests facilitating special projects and ensuring consistent service standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and alcohol regulations while driving innovation through new procedures that elevate service
