Renowned for excellent guest service and high operational standards, this company thrives on delivering consistently exceptional dining experiences through well-managed restaurant teams. As a prominent player in the restaurant industry, the establishment prides itself on fostering a culture of growth, learning, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Known for their commitment to brand standards and innovation, they continue to set benchmarks for food safety, operational excellence, and employee development. This extended presence in Florida’s vibrant food scene offers dynamic career growth opportunities for seasoned leaders ready to impact multiple locations positively.

They are presently seeking qualified and motivated District Managers to oversee a portfolio of 5 to 8 restaurants. The role officially titled Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, focuses on leadership, coaching, and operational execution across these restaurants to maximize sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to either the Franchisee, District Manager, or Director of Operations, the successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing brand initiatives, ensuring food safety compliance, and deploying local marketing strategies that respond to competitor trends and regional customer preferences.

As a multi-unit leader, the individual will be expected to demonstrate hands-on involvement by performing duties typical to restaurant team members and managers to ensure first-hand operational knowledge and leadership credibility. The manager will take charge of analyzing sales, establishing performance goals, and partnering with franchise owners and restaurant managers to develop actionable business plans. This leadership role also includes managing ongoing training programs focused on marketing windows, limited-time offers, and brand initiatives to sustain a competitive advantage and operational consistency across each restaurant.

Additionally, this position encompasses comprehensive management responsibilities, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding restaurant managers, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating team meetings and development sessions. Leadership communication will be paramount as the candidate will drive a clear vision, motivate team members, and maintain essential relationships with the brand's Field Operations team. The ability to inspire and manage teams in a fast-paced environment is essential to maintaining profitable and guest-focused operations.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, time management and problem-solving capabilities, and a genuine commitment to guest service. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; however, candidates must have at least three years of multi-unit or equivalent experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors. Fluent English communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and financial management knowledge are crucial for success in this position. The role promises a rewarding opportunity to be a key contributor to a growing restaurant brand, providing a platform for professional advancement and operational impact in dynamic markets such as Orlando and Miami.
