The role of the Multi-Unit General Manager is pivotal in ensuring operational consistency and excellence across multiple restaurant locations. The successful candidate will work closely with on-site leadership to maintain high standards of guest service, operational procedures, and financial performance. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • proven track record in upscale full-service restaurant operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • willingness to travel between multiple restaurant locations
  • proficiency in labor management and cost control
