This General Manager role is based at the University of Michigan Health in Ann Arbor, MI, where Aramark provides contracted services that generate between 2 to 15 million dollars or more in annual revenue. The position requires visionary leadership focused on overseeing multiple services related to retail food operations and other contracted functions. The General Manager ensures operational excellence, financial accountability, and a superior customer experience. This role uniquely combines hands-on management with strategic planning to meet and exceed client and organizational objectives.

Employees in this role will experience physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. The role may also require wearing uniforms and personal protective equipment. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
  • proven leadership capabilities managing teams

Job Duties
