Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
  • proven leadership capabilities managing teams
  • ability to manage budgets and perform financial analysis
  • effective communication skills
  • knowledge of contractual obligations
  • physical ability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking
  • willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • proven ability to lead through other managers
  • experience with department budget creation, financial controls, and analysis
  • ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff
  • skill in reading and implementing contractual requirements
  • experience crafting sales strategies and operational programs
  • entrepreneurial mindset focused on client and customer services

Job Duties

  • Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management
  • manage client and community relationships, assess operations, and develop plans for service optimization and satisfaction
  • build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
  • recommend resources, methods, and implementation plans for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contracts
  • manage budgets and collaborate with Finance to optimize financial performance and productivity
  • ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain required records
  • uphold Aramark's standards of operation, including safety and business conduct policies
