Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- proven leadership capabilities managing teams
- ability to manage budgets and perform financial analysis
- effective communication skills
- knowledge of contractual obligations
- physical ability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- proven ability to lead through other managers
- experience with department budget creation, financial controls, and analysis
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff
- skill in reading and implementing contractual requirements
- experience crafting sales strategies and operational programs
- entrepreneurial mindset focused on client and customer services
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management
- manage client and community relationships, assess operations, and develop plans for service optimization and satisfaction
- build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
- recommend resources, methods, and implementation plans for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contracts
- manage budgets and collaborate with Finance to optimize financial performance and productivity
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain required records
- uphold Aramark's standards of operation, including safety and business conduct policies
