The Multi-Unit Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager I position at HMSHost is based at the Indianapolis Airport and plays a vital leadership role within the company. This role acts as an intermediary between the Senior or Director of Operations and the individual restaurants within a designated terminal, concourse, or zone. The advertised compensation for this role ranges from $68,161 to $82,619 annually, suited for an exempt position under both the administrative and executive exemptions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for smaller zones and 5 years for larger zones
  • Overall restaurant industry experience of 8 to 10 years
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with HMSHost operational tools and technology
  • Ability to understand and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work varied and rotating schedules
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies
