Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience with independent hotels preferred
  • Proficiency with revenue management tools and platforms including PMS, RMS, CRS, and Channel Manager
  • Familiarity with SynXis systems highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and business skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • US citizenship or valid US work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of revenue management experience within the hospitality industry
  • Experience with independent hotels is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in using revenue management tools and platforms (PMS, RMS, CRS, Channel Manager)
  • Familiarity with SynXis systems is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive analysis, dynamic pricing, and demand forecasting
  • Must be US citizen or have US work authorization to be considered for the role

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of revenue management strategies, systems, and standard operating procedures across all properties
  • Manage daily yield and pricing strategies to optimize performance and market positioning
  • Continuously seek and evaluate new revenue-generating opportunities through data analysis and market intelligence
  • Conduct daily pick-up tracking and trend analysis to proactively adjust revenue strategies
  • Deliver weekly revenue forecasts, providing insights into variances, trends, and budget alignment
  • Analyze monthly financial and performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for revenue optimization
  • Monitor local and regional market trends, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior
