Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory systems
  • Ability to relocate as needed
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid food handler certification
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage multiple culinary units to ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Develop innovative scratch cooking menus that reflect creativity and meet client preferences
  • Oversee kitchen operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff to foster professional growth and teamwork
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and dining experiences
  • Monitor food costs and budgets to maximize profitability without compromising quality
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen organization
