Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience as an executive chef
  • previous leadership over multiple culinary outlets
  • culinary arts certificate or degree preferred
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
  • strong financial skills including understanding of P&L and budgeting
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible schedule
  • capability to travel 10-25 percent
  • excellent team leadership and communication skills
  • problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience as an executive chef in high-volume industry-leading concepts or catering companies
  • proven leadership experience managing multiple culinary outlets with focus on menu development and cost controls
  • culinary arts certificate or degree preferred
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
  • strong financial and computer skills including P&L and budgeting experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • proven ability to lead and positively influence teams
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • willingness to travel 10-25 percent within the region

Job Duties

  • Implement company food and beverage standards and consistently improve culinary offerings
  • manage food cost, kitchen labor costs, and unit profitability across the region
  • support chef development through training, coaching, and onboarding
  • ensure national culinary standards and compliance during new hire practicals
  • analyze financial performance related to food and labor costs and develop action plans
  • troubleshoot culinary issues and collaborate with HR on employee matters
  • plan and execute VIP or large events ensuring resource coordination
  • oversee culinary business plans for new unit openings and integration
  • hire, train, and mobilize kitchen and service teams
  • develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard procedures
  • prepare operational reports highlighting progress and recommendations
  • maintain compliance with health and company policies
  • utilize invoice tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, cost management, inventory control, and HR policies effectively
