Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to provide leadership and technical support to peers
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize work
- Willingness to take on stretch assignments and ownership of facility maintenance

Job Duties
- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers
- Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Train other level I technicians
- Prioritize work and handle stretch assignments
- Perform basic maintenance on structures
- Demonstrate facility location ownership and effective communication
