We are currently hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join the 7-Eleven family, a vital role within our store operations teams. This full-time, hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, along with a valuable sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 to incentivize new team members to grow their careers with us. As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I, your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding promptly to service requests for repairs of in-store equipment including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. Your role will extend to general maintenance duties such as plumbing, electrical tasks, managing parts inventory, and completing daily reports to ensure operational efficiency.

Additionally, you will have the chance to mentor and train other level I technicians while prioritizing workflow and performing basic structural maintenance. This multi-faceted position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, excellent time management, and the ability to handle stretch assignments.
