Job Duties
- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers
- handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- train other level I technicians and prioritize work effectively
- perform basic maintenance on store structures
- provide peer-to-peer technical support
- ensure facility location ownership and time management
