Ability to travel between hotel locations as needed
Experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention
Strong communication skills in English spoken and written
Service-oriented and comfortable working with all levels of staff and guests
Professional, dependable and sound judgment under pressure
Team player with a strong sense of ownership
Adaptable, efficient and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Committed to guest service and maintaining a safe atmosphere
Works with urgency and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention

Job Duties

Patrol hotel property to identify safety or security concerns
Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies
Document incidents and assist with initial investigations
Enforce safety policies and support loss prevention efforts
Promote safety awareness among guests and staff
Provide a visible, helpful, and professional presence throughout the hotel
