Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or G.E.D.
- six months of related experience
- excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Operate checkstand according to company policy and procedures
- memorize PLU codes and keep up to date with new products
- order, receive, unload, stock and rotate product on shelves and cases in center store operations
- merchandise products and perform POS and inventory activities
- receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy and quality in produce, meat/seafood, bakery/deli departments
- trim, wash, wrap produce
- weigh, wrap/package, label products for display
- stock, rotate, merchandise products to maintain freshness and appeal
- manage floral area inside and outside store
- provide customer service at seafood counter and take special orders for custom cuts and holiday items
- operate department equipment such as slicers, ovens, proofers, mixers
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout store including sweeping, mopping sales floor, front end, back rooms, refrigerated areas
- clean restrooms, break rooms, office areas, shelving, front end equipment, shopping carts, vending machines, front of store and parking lot
- empty trash
- operate janitorial equipment such as scrubbers, buffers
- sweep and mop sales floor, front end, back rooms, refrigerated areas
- operate forklift and baler if authorized and certified
- perform other assigned duties
