The Venue Sales Director role at Peak Beverage is an executive-level leadership position that plays a critical part in the company’s success. The Venue Sales Director will work closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure alignment of sales strategies, operational execution, and long-term growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all properties by leading and executing effective sales strategies. They must also focus on improving operational efficiencies and creating a culture of accountability across venue leadership teams. Job Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, venue management, or multi-location operations
- proven experience with direct revenue responsibility
- strong sales leadership and operational management skills

Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, venue management, catering, events, entertainment, or multi-location operations
- proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region operations with direct revenue responsibility

Job Duties
- Lead and execute revenue-generating sales strategies across all properties to achieve company growth objectives
- stabilize and grow venue sales performance through proactive leadership, forecasting, pipeline oversight, and operational alignment
- partner closely with operations leadership to improve venue efficiency, execution standards, staffing models, and profitability
- drive accountability across venue leadership teams through KPI management, performance reviews, coaching, and operational follow-through
