The opportunity at Warped Wing Brewing Co. is for an experienced Multi-Location General Manager to oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations at four distinctive venues. This high-impact leadership role is designed for a professional who can seamlessly connect big-picture strategic goals with the execution of daily operational tasks. The role demands strengthening operational systems, developing strong and cohesive teams, and raising service standards to ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences. The Multi-Location General Manager will serve as a key figure ensuring that each venue operates efficiently, maintains brand consistency, and embodies the welcoming culture that Warped Wing Brewing Co. is known for.
In this role, you will lead all aspects of operations and facilities management, coordinate events, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams, including FOH Managers and the BOH General Manager, providing them with coaching, clear expectations, and performance feedback. Your leadership will also extend to recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining staff to build and sustain capable teams across all locations. By taking direct accountability for service quality and operational integrity, you will help drive revenue growth and reinforce Warped Wing Brewing Co.'s community presence.
The role requires collaboration with finance teams to monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability. You will ensure the accuracy of cash handling and financial reporting, adhering to company policies to safeguard the business. Additionally, maintaining clear operating procedures and improving workflows will be critical components of your responsibilities. Supporting Event Managers in organizing profitable and successful events will also form part of your key duties, alongside coordinating menu changes and promotions with culinary and marketing teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-location management within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams in both FOH and BOH environments
- Proven experience in budget management financial reporting and cost control
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and evenings
- Knowledge of safety compliance and facility management
Job Qualifications
- Proven multi-location hospitality restaurant taproom brewery or smokery management experience
- Strong ability to lead managers develop teams improve systems and guide teams through change
- Financial literacy including experience with budgets P&L review expense control and profitability strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends holidays and peak business times
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across all four venues ensuring consistency in service product quality cleanliness safety and brand standards
- Improve workflows and implement clear operating procedures for FOH and BOH teams
- Oversee facility needs vendors inspections repairs cleaning partners and supply chain support to keep venues fully operational and compliant
- Support venue Event Managers in booking profitable internal events building local community relationships and executing events successfully
- Coordinate menu changes specials and promotions with culinary and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution at the location level
- Supervise FOH Managers and the BOH General Manager with clear expectations coaching and direct performance feedback
- Recruit hire train and retain capable teams across all locations
