Located at 5403 Millenia Lakes Blvd, Orlando, Florida, this hotel brand combines a premium yet relaxed atmosphere with spacious suites that cater to both business travelers and families. With amenities like free breakfast, pools in most locations, and a casual market offering wine and beer, SpringHill Suites creates a welcoming environment for guests seeking both comfort and convenience. Being part of Marriott International means access to a vast global network of brands and opportunities, supporting career growth and development within a dynamic team setting.
The role available is a full-time, non-management administrative position based on-site at the Orlando property. This position primarily supports event planning and execution at the hotel, providing sales assistance to General Managers and acting as the main contact point for guests organizing and attending meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating with Group Sales and Area Sales Office teams, updating web content for Marriott’s property sites, and performing various administrative duties as delegated by the General Managers. The ideal candidate ensures guest satisfaction by managing smooth meeting experiences and maintaining professional communication standards. Employees in this role are expected to handle extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and may need to move objects weighing up to approximately 10 pounds. Working evenings and weekends is preferred to accommodate event schedules. Joining SpringHill Suites means becoming part of a global team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while fostering individual professional growth.
