Job Duties

  • Provide quality and profitable customer service
  • Perform administrative duties to maintain and grow bond business
  • Assist service team with bond requests including new client setup, bond issuance, bond terminations, bond riders, broker of record changes, billing, scanning/imaging documents, bond renewals, underwriting submissions
  • Utilize resources to obtain and maintain underwriting information
  • Maintain follow-up system to ensure timely processing of requests
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with customers and peers
  • Provide backup support as requested
