Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Willingness to work overtime and shift work as needed
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with SAP or similar software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established procedures and standards
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to package and ship materials
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship required due to program/contract access requirements
- Experience managing inventory or working in materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support preferred
- Experience with Access and/or Excel databases preferred
Job Duties
- Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
- Use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN
- Perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
- Perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
- Package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
- Maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable
- Train other personnel
- Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
- Responsibilities can be changed or modified based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance
