Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required
- ability to perform shift work and overtime as needed
- strong attention to detail
- proficiency in using inventory management systems and software such as SAP
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to comply with regulatory and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- 2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role
- experience with Access and/or Excel databases
Job Duties
- utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
- use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN
- perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
- perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
- package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
- maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned
- train other personnel
- provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
- adapt responsibilities based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance
