Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • ability to perform shift work and overtime as needed
  • strong attention to detail
  • proficiency in using inventory management systems and software such as SAP
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to comply with regulatory and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • 2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role
  • experience with Access and/or Excel databases

Job Duties

  • utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
  • use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN
  • perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
  • perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
  • package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
  • maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned
  • train other personnel
  • provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
  • adapt responsibilities based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance
