Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
U.S. citizenship is required
ability to perform shift work and overtime as needed
strong attention to detail
proficiency in using inventory management systems and software such as SAP
good communication and teamwork skills
willingness to comply with regulatory and safety standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role
experience with Access and/or Excel databases

Job Duties

utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN
perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned
train other personnel
provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
adapt responsibilities based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance
