Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, setting the tone for their dining experience
- manage table assignments and seating arrangements to optimize the dining room flow and guest satisfaction
- provide guests with menu recommendations and share knowledge about the restaurant's offerings
- act as the final point of contact for guests, ensuring all their dining needs are met and their experience is satisfactory
- lead, train, and support other greeters and hosts/hostesses, ensuring they are equipped to meet service standards
- coordinate with the restaurant management team to implement efficient seating strategies and manage waitlists
- address and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally
