  • Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
  • Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
  • Ability to lead from the line during busy service
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Passion for training and developing kitchen teams

Job Duties

  • Supporting daily kitchen operations during high-volume service
  • Leading and coaching back-of-house team members
  • Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Assisting with prep production and line execution
  • Supporting inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
  • Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Assisting with scheduling and labor management
  • Supporting occasional evening events (3-4 per month)
