- 2-3+ years of experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager
- Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Ability to lead from the line during busy service
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for training and developing kitchen teams

Job Duties
- Supporting daily kitchen operations during high-volume service
- Leading and coaching back-of-house team members
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Assisting with prep production and line execution
- Supporting inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
- Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assisting with scheduling and labor management
- Supporting occasional evening events (3-4 per month)
