Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years on-air experience, preferably as part of a personality-driven morning show
- a strong on-air presence
- a proven ability to interact with audience on-air in a meaningful way
- the ability to curate compelling content to engage both terrestrial and digital audiences
- a commitment to growing audience across evolving digital and social media platforms
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- track record of success in ratings and revenue
- experience operating broadcast and production equipment, audio software editing products (Adobe Audition, etc.), and general office software
- flexible availability
- regular evening and weekend appearances

Job Duties
- Host daily interactive on-air programs across multiple stations
- is comfortable in a morning show co-host role, and in hosting solo shows as well
- edit and produce audio segments, podcast content, and commercial audio on a professional level
- cultivate relevant, compelling show content, with an extra effort to seek that which is local
- take a leadership role in curating regular, relevant, and compelling digital and social media content that engages our audience and builds our brands
- assist in the day-to-day programming and promotional efforts of our top-rated radio stations
- enthusiastically engage with our audience in person at station events, remote broadcasts and appearances as opportunities arise
- work with our Sales and Promotions teams to conceive, execute and maximize revenue opportunities
