Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate menus and special promotions in English
- Ability to memorize and promote a variety of menu items
- Ability to transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs continuously
- Adherence to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Work as a team player
- Ability to remain motivated during all periods of shift
- Cash handling and self-banking skills with accuracy
- Ability to operate a keyboard and use point of sale systems
- No prior experience required
- Ability to obtain necessary government license or certificate
- Required memorization of all table numbers
Job Qualifications

- Strong memorization skills for menu items and beverage selections
- Ability to transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to operate a keyboard and learn point of sale procedures
- Ability to maintain cash handling and self-banking accurately
- Certification such as TIPS or bartender certification preferred
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain motivated during busy and slow periods
Job Duties
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
- Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner and explain all specials, promotions, and snacks
- Take orders and recite selection of all call and premium brands from memory
- Provide appropriate snack and garnish with all beverages
- Input orders into point of sale system promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of guest tables and assist with bar area
- Replenish beverages and check back with guests frequently
- Present guest with the check promptly and invite them to return
- Perform all assigned side work and complete daily checklist
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area
- Respond to special guest requests
- Suggest drink pairings and educate guests on drinks
- Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
