Job Duties
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and care
- Facilitate communications by distributing mail, memos, and messages
- Provide clerical support including filing, typing, copying, and special projects
- Prepare admission, orientation, and new hire packets
- Monitor and order office supplies and forms as needed
- Assist with data entry and basic computer tasks
- Maintain confidentiality while promoting positive communication across teams
