This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee operates as a separate legal entity and holds a license to use McDonald’s branding, logos, and food products. Though affiliated with the globally recognized McDonald’s brand, the day-to-day management and employment decisions at this restaurant are solely handled by the franchisee. The franchisee is responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and other employee-related matters without any involvement from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work morning shifts starting as early as 6 am
- ability to work part-time or full-time
- willing to learn and participate in training programs
- ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- capable of standing for extended periods
- good communication skills
