Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work part-time 20 to 38 hours per week
Availability to work day shifts primarily
Ability to commute or relocate to Seattle, WA 98125 before starting work
Basic computer skills for operating POS systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to handle cash accurately

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail operations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated

Job Duties

Operate Aloha POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures
Assist with cleaning tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of all food products
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
