We are currently seeking a dependable and friendly Barista to join our morning shift team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is a morning person, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about coffee. The Barista will primarily work Friday mornings from 5:15 AM to 9:30 AM, Saturday mornings from 6:15 AM to 10:30 AM, and Sunday mornings from 6:15 AM to 9:30 AM, with an emphasis on shifts ranging from 3 to 7 hours between 5 AM and 12 PM. Flexible scheduling allows our team members to balance work with other commitments. We provide thorough training on all coffee preparation techniques, ensuring you have the knowledge and confidence to craft quality beverages that keep customers coming back.

In this role, the Barista is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistently producing high-quality coffee and food items. You will be trained to master brand recipes and maintain food safety and sanitation standards while helping to open and prepare the store for a busy day of business. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will be key in building rapport with customers and educating them about our menu options. Additionally, you will be involved in tasks such as managing cash transactions, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and optimizing workflow efficiency. This role requires someone who is energetic, flexible, reliable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
