Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverage service
- bartending experience preferred
- ability to memorize and promote menu items and beverage offerings
- strong communication skills
- positive, team-oriented attitude
- comfort working in busy and slower-paced environments
- ability to lift and carry trays up to 40 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- cash handling experience
- ability to operate a POS system
- willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications (TIPS certification required
- bartender certification preferred)

Job Duties
- Providing friendly, attentive, and timely beverage and snack service
- greeting guests warmly and confidently explaining drink specials and promotions
- taking accurate orders and entering them promptly into the POS system
- demonstrating knowledge of cocktails, beer selections, taps, and premium brands
- maintaining cleanliness of guest tables, service stations, and lounge areas
- replenishing beverages and checking back regularly to ensure guest satisfaction
- handling cash accurately and responsibly in a self-banking environment
- assisting the bar team and supporting overall lounge operations
- adhering to all state, federal, and corporate liquor laws and safety standards
- performing side work, cleaning duties, and special guest requests as needed
