  • knowledge of Property Management Systems

Job Duties

  • Arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets
  • be fully acquainted with different points of interest
  • assist in arranging restaurant reservations and limousines
  • ensure delivery of parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guest rooms
  • maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby in partnership with the Housekeeping department
  • accept special duties as required by management
  • set up amenities for guests celebrating special occasions
  • prepare special packages with pre-calls and specialized amenities
  • interact with other departments to satisfy guest needs
  • speak with guests in a friendly and warm manner
  • proactively seek ways to improve the hotel experience for guests
  • handle special requests like flowers, telegrams, rental cars, forwarding luggage, private cars
  • perform other duties as required by management
