Job Duties

Arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets
be fully acquainted with different points of interest
assist in arranging restaurant reservations and limousines
ensure delivery of parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guest rooms
maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby in partnership with the Housekeeping department
accept special duties as required by management
set up amenities for guests celebrating special occasions
prepare special packages with pre-calls and specialized amenities
interact with other departments to satisfy guest needs
speak with guests in a friendly and warm manner
proactively seek ways to improve the hotel experience for guests
handle special requests like flowers, telegrams, rental cars, forwarding luggage, private cars
perform other duties as required by management
