Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in luxury hotel concierge or similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • proficiency in computer systems and software
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets
  • be fully acquainted with different points of interest
  • assist in arranging restaurant reservations and limousine services
  • ensure delivery of parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guest rooms
  • maintain cleanliness and tidiness of public lobby area in partnership with housekeeping
  • accept special duties as required by management
  • set up amenities for guests celebrating special occasions
  • set up special packages involving pre-calls and specialized amenities
  • interact with other departments to ensure guest needs are satisfied
  • speak with guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • proactively seek ways to improve the hotel experience for guests
  • handle special requests such as flowers, telegrams, rental cars, forwarding luggage, and private cars
  • perform any other duties as required by management
