Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in luxury hotel concierge or similar role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- proficiency in computer systems and software
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets
- be fully acquainted with different points of interest
- assist in arranging restaurant reservations and limousine services
- ensure delivery of parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guest rooms
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of public lobby area in partnership with housekeeping
- accept special duties as required by management
- set up amenities for guests celebrating special occasions
- set up special packages involving pre-calls and specialized amenities
- interact with other departments to ensure guest needs are satisfied
- speak with guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- proactively seek ways to improve the hotel experience for guests
- handle special requests such as flowers, telegrams, rental cars, forwarding luggage, and private cars
- perform any other duties as required by management
