We are currently hiring part-time or weekend-only positions specifically in the Cleburne area and neighboring locations such as Aledo, Burleson, Crowley, Godley, Granbury, Joshua, Mansfield, Mesquite, Midlothian, Saginaw, Van Alstyne, Venus, Waxahachie, and Weatherford. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in the real estate field, retired professionals looking for flexible work, or students aiming to gain experience in real estate sales without the stress or pressure of a traditional sales role. No prior real estate experience is necessary as all necessary training is provided in-person. The role suits those who enjoy interacting with people, learning about new homes, and working in a friendly, low-pressure atmosphere.

The position involves working at model homes where hosts greet guests, provide information about the community and homes, and guide tours through beautifully furnished homes. The work schedule is flexible, offering shifts during various times of the day—often starting as early as 9:30 a.m. and ending as late as 7 p.m., depending on the time of year and builder requirements. Employees have the opportunity to meet new people regularly and develop their communication skills while representing multiple trusted new home builders. The pay rate is competitive, offering $12.00 per hour for standard assignments, with an increased rate of $13.00 per hour available for same-day assignments. Payments are processed on a bi-weekly schedule.

This role is particularly well suited for individuals who are self-starters, personable, and professional. It demands excellent verbal and written communication skills and requires the use of a personal smartphone to access the company’s app for managing assignments. Reliable transportation is essential since the position requires you to remain onsite at the model homes during shifts and includes a good amount of walking and standing, as well as climbing stairs unassisted. The role excludes those currently holding active Texas real estate licenses and requires applicants to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
