Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages following state regulations
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly for extended periods
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and busy work environments
  • Willingness to participate in required training sessions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, or lounge environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Actively take orders and conduct full food and beverage service
  • Monitor guests' bar and dining experience professionally and expeditiously
  • Interact politely with guests, team members, and supervisors
  • Verify identification for legal age and process credit card payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables and surrounding areas
  • Accurately enter orders into POS system and complete end-of-shift financial procedures
