Job Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years
Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages following state regulations
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly for extended periods
Good communication and writing skills
Must maintain a professional appearance
Ability to handle fast-paced and busy work environments
Willingness to participate in required training sessions

Job Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience
Experience in high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, or lounge environment
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety standards
Ability to communicate effectively
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
Actively take orders and conduct full food and beverage service
Monitor guests' bar and dining experience professionally and expeditiously
Interact politely with guests, team members, and supervisors
Verify identification for legal age and process credit card payments
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables and surrounding areas
Accurately enter orders into POS system and complete end-of-shift financial procedures
