Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- prior hospitality experience
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods
- must be able to move quickly
- capacity to push, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work in environments with varying noise, crowds, and smoke
- ability to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to hot and cold surfaces
- ability to tow and carry as necessary
- must have specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- willingness to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional appearance
- ability to handle fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment
- ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, or lounge
- 21 or older
- possess knowledge of food and beverage menus and retail merchandise
- familiarity with Department of Health standards and company policies
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- take orders actively and conduct full and complete food and beverage service
- monitor guests' bar and dining experience expeditiously and professionally
- interact with guests, team members, and supervisors courteously and hospitably
- request identification from guests when legal age is questioned and during credit card transactions
- maintain positive attitude and body language to deliver superior guest service
- market the venue and its events as well as other company venues and events as designated
