Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • prior hospitality experience
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods
  • must be able to move quickly
  • capacity to push, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work in environments with varying noise, crowds, and smoke
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to hot and cold surfaces
  • ability to tow and carry as necessary
  • must have specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
  • willingness to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain professional appearance
  • ability to handle fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment
  • ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality experience
  • experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, or lounge
  • 21 or older
  • possess knowledge of food and beverage menus and retail merchandise
  • familiarity with Department of Health standards and company policies
  • ability to operate POS systems accurately
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • take orders actively and conduct full and complete food and beverage service
  • monitor guests' bar and dining experience expeditiously and professionally
  • interact with guests, team members, and supervisors courteously and hospitably
  • request identification from guests when legal age is questioned and during credit card transactions
  • maintain positive attitude and body language to deliver superior guest service
  • market the venue and its events as well as other company venues and events as designated
