Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively
- ability to print legibly
- physical ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in noisy, crowded, and smoky environments
- flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- bartending experience in a high-volume environment such as a restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, or lounge
- knowledge of state regulations regarding alcohol service
- ability to handle POS systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food and beverage menus
- willingness to participate in training and marketing activities
- ability to work as part of a team
- professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Portray a positive and professional attitude
- anticipate and accommodate all guest needs
- solicit allergy or dietary restrictions from guests during food service
- possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus and venue information
- present menus and make beverage and food suggestions
- ensure proper service and presentation of all food, beverage, and amenity items
- comply with Department of Health standards and all company safety codes and policies
- serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state regulations and alcohol awareness standards
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bars and surrounding areas
- organize liquor displays and maintain par levels
- use beverage soda systems properly
- accurately enter orders into POS system and follow cash/payment procedures
- complete end-of-shift financial procedures
- report breakage or damage to management
- inform management of irregularities, incidents, or guest complaints
- set up bar and bar stations and perform opening and closing side work
- attend daily pre-service meetings and training sessions
- participate in marketing venues and events
- work as part of a team and provide support to fellow team members
- complete additional tasks as assigned
