The role offered is an entry-level position focused on delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy bar and entertainment environment, including pool clubs, dayclubs, and nightclubs. The role demands physical stamina as it involves lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and exposure to various weather conditions. Prospective employees must be at least 21 years old and possess, or be able to obtain, necessary licenses such as the Nevada Gaming License, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Health Card. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in a similar high-volume environment and prior modeling experience in dayclubs or nightclubs is a strong plus. Flexibility in work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, is essential to meet business needs. - proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, vendors and employees while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- must be able to withstand extreme sun and heat, cold, and inclement weather for long periods of time throughout the day
- ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations including Nevada gaming license, Nevada alcohol awareness card, and Nevada health card
- must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- must have the ability to push and pull 150 pounds, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Job Duties
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
- responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management
- provides prompt, courteous service to guests while maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere
- provides quality service to both internal and external guests, specifically maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage
- performs cleaning and maintenance tasks such as cleaning tables, taking dishes to the kitchen, stocking beer, wine and ice as needed
- takes out garbage as necessary
- changes kegs, beer tanks, CO2 tanks, and pop for pop guns as needed
- maintains the cleanliness and organization of all bar service areas
- brings bar and grill glasses back from dishwashing/warewash support
- takes empty kegs to Purchasing or warehouse location
- responsible to clean all areas in bar
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
