Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Ability to perform essential job functions including visual acuity and effective communication

  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform duties
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and hospital protocols

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist duties of patient registration and history completion
  • Direct patients and assist with efficient schedule workflow
  • Operate vehicle in a safe manner following all traffic laws
  • Ensure vehicle is locked after parking in designated areas
  • Alert hospital security to concerns and report any crime or vandalism
  • Report any maintenance needs and schedule maintenance activities
  • Determine needed quantities of supplies and check messages for instructions
  • Examine schedules to manage loading, driving, parking, and setup of the mobile unit
  • Perform applicable exams and complete documentation
  • Responsible for daily shutdown activities as per duty list
