The Guest Service Expert role at Sheraton is essential in crafting extraordinary experiences that extend beyond just serving food and beverages. This part-time, non-management position is based at the resort located at 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, Florida. It involves working day and evening shifts, ensuring that each guest is welcomed with exceptional service and attention to detail. Guest Service Experts take initiative in a variety of tasks including setting tables, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, interacting warmly with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. The position requires physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle tasks that involve moving or lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless dining experience where every interaction feels personalized and contributes to the overall ambiance of the resort. Guest Service Experts help manage the menu by verifying information, ensuring that guests receive accurate and up-to-date details about their choices. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Must adhere to company policies and safety standards
