Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move heavy objects over 75 pounds with assistance
- Ability to navigate uneven or slippery surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending or twisting
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property
- Inform guests of property amenities and local attractions
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and designated areas
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Arrange transportation for guests including taxis and shuttle services
- Communicate parking procedures to guests
- Follow company policies and report safety issues
- Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests and address their service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Use clear and professional communication
- Develop positive working relationships with coworkers
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage and navigating stairs
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
