The role of Mixology Specialist at our company is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and the art of crafting beverages. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be the face of our bar area, welcoming guests with a warm smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include preparing the bar area by setting up pour stations and organizing glassware, ensuring everything is pristine and ready for service. You will be expected to suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts that complement the guest’s dining experience and personalize recommendations to enhance enjoyment. Crafting drinks accurately according to established recipes and presenting them with proper garnishes and glassware is central to this role.

This position requires attentiveness and accuracy in taking orders, entering them into the POS system, and regularly checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction. A keen focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the bar area is also essential. You will handle the presentation and processing of checks efficiently while expressing gratitude to guests and encouraging their return to create loyal customer relationships.
