Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar hospitality role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Strong customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Experience in bartending or mixology
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
Ability to provide friendly and attentive guest service
Understanding of state and local liquor laws
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare exceptional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
Set up the bar for service by restocking and organizing inventory and supplies
Follow and comply with all state and local liquor laws
Prioritize guest satisfaction and enhance their experience
Be a collaborative team player, supporting other front-of-house roles as needed
Maintain composure under pressure and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
