Job Requirements

Must have open availability and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods during shifts
Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Commitment to following all safety and sanitation procedures
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Completion of a background check

Job Qualifications

Preferably one year of bartending or mixology experience
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
Strong understanding of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and wine merchandising specials
Excellent communication skills including ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Familiarity with bar terminology and drink service protocols
Proven ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
Must meet the minimum age requirement as defined by jurisdiction

Job Duties

Promptly take and accurately process food and beverage orders from guests and servers
Prepare a wide range of drinks including classic cocktails and innovative mixology creations
Provide expert recommendations on drink recipes and daily specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including polishing glassware and restocking supplies
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and ensure proper record keeping
Monitor and assist with inventory control of bar supplies
Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service
