The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment, showcasing strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a dedication to maintaining certifications such as Food Handler’s Certification, Sheriff’s Card, and TAM Card. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, upsell menu items, and deliver professional interactions is essential. Physical stamina is also important, as the role requires standing and walking throughout shifts, occasionally lifting items up to 25 pounds, and routinely handling glassware and equipment with care.
