Job Requirements

Experience in the service industry
Experience working as a bartender
Must be 21 years or older
Valid WSLCB Class 12 Mandatory Alcohol Server Training Permit (MAST Permit)
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in the service industry such as restaurant, bar, or hospitality
Experience working as a bartender
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
21+ years of age
Valid WSLCB Class 12 Mandatory Alcohol Server Training Permit (MAST Permit)
Working knowledge of standard drink recipes
Working knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names, and garnishments
Working knowledge of bar equipment
Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
High attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong ability to create an immersive experience through storytelling, entertaining, and engaging customers
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and build positive working relationships
Additional languages are beneficial
Knowledge and education in mixology an advantage

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol and/or non-alcohol beverages for bar customers
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
Peel, slice, and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
Manage the service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and company policies
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
