Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in beverage service or bartending preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a mixologist, bartender, or in a related role preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, garnishes and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
Job Duties
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Prepare select cocktails in front of guests mixing ingredients, using advanced techniques (stirring, shaking, muddling)
- Interact with fans, offering recommendations based on flavor preferences, and explaining cocktail ingredients and history
- Engage with fans and provide a memorable experience
- Sets up assigned bar
- requisitions and stocks all spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
- Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- Takes and/or processes orders for drinks
- mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes
- practices prudent portion control
- Checks guests at the bar for proper identification
- Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained
- Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards

- Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
- Washes and sterilizes stemware
- Performs other duties as assigned
