Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Exceptional ability to craft a diverse range of beverages with precision and flair
  • Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and relevant regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Outback Steakhouse's recipes and standards
  • Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and inventory
  • Monitor Guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to all legal requirements
  • Process drink orders accurately through the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless Guest service
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of spirits, wines, and bar supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary
  • Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
  • Assist in the development of new cocktail recipes and promotions to enhance the Guest experience
