The role offered is a full-time, non-management position as a bartender at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a cocktail expert who stays attuned to the latest beverage trends and strives to create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere behind the bar. The bartender is responsible for curating a diverse and seasonally inspired drink menu, engaging guests with friendly conversation, and providing expert beverage recommendations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mixology and customer service who want to grow their skills within a luxury hospitality setting. The bartender's responsibilities include welcoming guests, serving beverages, preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, maintaining an organized and clean bar environment, and managing payment processing and cash reports accurately. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, remain on feet or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional, clean appearance.
