We are currently seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Mixologists/Bartenders to join our team at the Glen Allen location. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent guest experiences by skillfully preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will ensure that every service interaction is both enjoyable and responsible, adhering to all legal requirements and company policies for alcohol service. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- availability to work full time or part time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- responsible alcohol service training or certification a plus
Job Duties
- Receives drink orders from guests or servers
- mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer
- serves alcoholic beverages responsibly
- requests identification
- adheres to all laws and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- enters drink and/or food orders into POS terminal and collects payment from guests
- completes sales and inventory reports accurately
- maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
- cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
- performs opening, closing, and side work duties, as assigned
