Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol or as per local regulations
- bartending experience preferred but not required
- completion of required training and alcohol certification within the first 60 days of employment
- comply with appearance standards set by Logan's Roadhouse
- physical ability to lift, balance, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach
- ability to perform dexterous tasks such as operating equipment and preparing ingredients
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- bartending experience a plus
- completion of required training and alcohol certification (e.g., ServSafe) within the first 60 days of employment
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems
- basic math skills for cash handling
- knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Verify guests' ages by checking IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations
- prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and specifications
- accurately process all payment transactions using the Point-of-Sale system and ensure proper cash handling
- engage with guests to promote drink specials and recommendations
- balance daily inventories against cash receipts for the bar
- maintain a tidy and organized bar area including cleaning glassware and ensuring all supplies are stocked
- assist with additional responsibilities as designated by management including restocking inventory and helping team members in other areas
- work towards increasing sales by attracting new guests while retaining existing clientele
