Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol or as per local regulations
  • bartending experience preferred but not required
  • completion of required training and alcohol certification within the first 60 days of employment
  • comply with appearance standards set by Logan's Roadhouse
  • physical ability to lift, balance, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach
  • ability to perform dexterous tasks such as operating equipment and preparing ingredients

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • bartending experience a plus
  • completion of required training and alcohol certification (e.g., ServSafe) within the first 60 days of employment
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Verify guests' ages by checking IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations
  • prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and specifications
  • accurately process all payment transactions using the Point-of-Sale system and ensure proper cash handling
  • engage with guests to promote drink specials and recommendations
  • balance daily inventories against cash receipts for the bar
  • maintain a tidy and organized bar area including cleaning glassware and ensuring all supplies are stocked
  • assist with additional responsibilities as designated by management including restocking inventory and helping team members in other areas
  • work towards increasing sales by attracting new guests while retaining existing clientele
