Job Requirements

  • Must meet age requirements and be authorized to work in the country
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • A true team player with keen attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and good multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome every guest with warmth and friendliness
  • Prepare the bar, setting up pour and glassware stations ahead of opening, and restocking supplies as necessary
  • Engage in suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest experience
  • Craft all drinks according to established recipes, ensuring accuracy with glassware and garnishes
  • Take food and drink orders accurately while inputting them into the POS system
  • Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to provide timely refills and clear table items
  • Process and deliver checks promptly, thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return
  • Adhere strictly to food safety standards and protocols
