Currently, Red Lobster is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join their vibrant team. The position offers competitive wages with a pay range between USD 17.87 and USD 25.00 per hour, along with weekly pay and flexible scheduling that adapts to your lifestyle. In this role, you will prepare the bar area by setting up pour and glassware stations before opening and maintaining an organized workspace by restocking supplies as needed. You will be responsible for suggesting drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests to enhance their dining experience and maximize sales opportunities. Accuracy in crafting beverages according to established recipes, including the correct use of glassware and garnishes, is essential to maintaining Red Lobster’s high standards. You will also take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system, monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, provide timely refills, clear table items, and process payments efficiently. Adhering strictly to food safety standards and protocols is a critical aspect of the job.
The ideal candidate will be physically capable of meeting the demands of the job, including standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts and safely lifting up to 30 pounds. Job Requirements
- Must meet age requirements and be authorized to work in the country
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- A true team player with keen attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
