We are currently seeking dedicated Mixologists/Bartenders to join our team at our Huntsville location. This role can be fulfilled either on a full-time or part-time basis, making it a flexible opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and guest services. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will be the cornerstone of our bar operations, responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their preferences, and creating drink experiences that enhance their visit.
The Mixologist/Bartender will be tasked with taking drink orders directly from guests or via servers, mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, wine, bottled and draft beer, all while adhering strictly to legal requirements and company policies regarding alcohol service. You will efficiently manage the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process orders and handle payments, maintain accurate sales and inventory records to support business operations, and contribute to managing bar stock by ordering necessary supplies. Maintaining cleanliness and organizing bar equipment and stock is also essential to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires performing opening and closing duties as well as side work assigned to help maintain a high standard of operation throughout your shift.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and comply with state laws
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of drink mixing techniques and beverage recipes

Job Duties
- Receives drink orders from guests or servers, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all laws and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Enters drink and/or food orders into POS terminal and collects payment from guests
- Completes sales and inventory reports accurately
- Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
- Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
- Performs opening closing, and side work duties, as assigned
