At Dave & Buster's Tucson, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Mixologists/Bartenders to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will play a critical role in enhancing our guests' overall experience by crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service at the bar. You will be responsible for mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, managing transactions through the point of sale (POS) system, and maintaining the bar area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
This position demands a responsible attitude towards alcohol service, requiring adherence to all company policies and legal regulations concerning the sale of alcoholic beverages. You will be interacting closely with guests, therefore excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor are essential to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Your duties will also include inventory management such as ordering and replenishing bar stock, completing sales and inventory reports, and performing opening, closing, and side work tasks as assigned by management.

Job Duties
- Receives drink orders from guests or servers
- mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer
- serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all laws and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- enters drink and/or food orders into POS terminal and collects payment from guests
- completes sales and inventory reports accurately
- maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
- cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
- performs opening closing, and side work duties, as assigned
